Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SubHunt.fyi. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

SubHunt.fyi surfaces SaaS and micro-SaaS ideas derived from public Reddit discussions, along with the source posts and related details. The ideas are research and inspiration - not a promise that any idea will work or be original.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account, and it’s for one person - don’t share your sign-in link.

Subscription and billing

SubHunt Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $40 per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who handles billing, applicable taxes, and refunds. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

We offer a 48-hour, no-questions-asked refund: email us within 48 hours of a charge and we’ll refund it. After 48 hours, refunds are at our discretion for legitimate issues. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable use

Please don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute the data we provide, share your account, or attempt to disrupt or break the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ideas and content

You’re free to use the ideas and insights to build and run your own products. The Reddit posts we reference are public and belong to their original authors and Reddit - we don’t grant you any rights to them. The site itself, and our compilation and analysis, remain ours.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is.” Ideas come from public discussions and our analysis; we don’t warrant their accuracy, originality, viability, or that building one will be profitable. You’re responsible for your own due diligence - including any legal, IP, or market checks - before building. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubHunt.fyiis not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you won’t exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence), or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. If we make material changes we’ll update the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
